About Complete Home Filtration

Rebuilding the digital foundation behind a high-volume marketing engine

Complete Home Filtration (CHF) sells and services whole-home water filtration systems for Australian households. Installation, maintenance, and service across a national customer base, backed by a substantial paid advertising and email program in partnership with marketing agency Unify.

The business needed a website that could carry the marketing engine underneath it. The previous WordPress build couldn't. Lead source attribution into HubSpot was inconsistent, editors couldn't ship campaign pages without developer support, and the digital foundation was constraining the business, not enabling it.

In September 2026, the new site was named Kentico Site of the Month.

Project Evolution

Turning a WordPress site into a marketing ready platform with connected attribution

A brochure site that couldn’t keep up with the marketing engine

CHF's previous website ran on WordPress with a Thrive theme. Over time it had grown into a dense build with no consistent structure, no shared component library, and no reliable UTM tracking flowing into HubSpot. Lead source attribution was inconsistent, which meant the marketing team couldn't tell which campaigns were producing which enquiries.

For a business running large, always-on campaigns across Google Ads, Meta Ads and EDMs, that meant splitting budget between channels without knowing which ones produced the leads. The website was a constraint on the marketing operation, not an enabler of it.

  • aging WordPress and Thrive build that had reached its ceiling
  • no consistent structure or shared component library
  • long unstructured pages that hurt SEO and readability
  • inconsistent UTM persistence between the site and HubSpot
  • campaign attribution unreliable across Google, Meta, and email
  • marketing team dependent on development for every campaign page
  • editors unable to iterate at marketing speed
  • aThe rebuild had to fix the tracking gap and the editor gap in one pass, without disrupting the HubSpot workflows the marketing team relied on.
