10+ Years Kentico Experience

Kentico Development in Perth

Dapth is a Kentico Gold Partner in Perth, delivering Xperience by Kentico development, Kentico 13 upgrades and migration, and ongoing support for government & enterprise clients across Western Australia. As one of the few Australian partners to also hold Kentico Accelerator Expert Partner status, we build enterprise websites with security, accessibility and AI built in backed by a local team, not an offshore queue.

Worth mentioning, before we recommend a platform to a client, we run it ourselves. In 2025, Dapth became the first digital agency in Western Australia to design and build its own website on Xperience by Kentico. We migrated our own business onto it, learned it end to end, and only then took it to clients so the advice you get is grounded in running the platform every day, not a vendor brochure.

For organisations planning a new Kentico project, looking for Kentico CMS development, or moving from Kentico 13, we can help with platform strategy, development, migration, integrations and ongoing optimisation. Our Kentico development team works with you from initial planning through to implementation and beyond, with the technical expertise to build a digital experience around your organisation’s requirements.

Platform Advantages

What Kentico Unlocks for Your Organisation

Xperience by Kentico consolidates your CMS, marketing automations and digital commerce into one managed platform, so your team can stop managing tools and start managing positive outcomes.

01

One Platform, Fewer Tools

Many content environments accumulate tools over time that become disconnected including CMS, email marketing, personalisation, ecommerce and analytics. Xperience by Kentico (XbK) consolidates them into one managed platform, reducing integration costs and giving your team one place to work.

02

Launch Faster, Iterate Continuously

Kentico's hybrid headless architecture lets developers build with the front-end framework they prefer, ASP.NET Core, React, Next.js, or Tailwind, while marketing teams can publish and test faster without waiting for developers and code changes.

03

AI Built into the Platform, Not Bolted On

AIRA, Kentico's native AI suite, handles content generation, translation, journey optimisation and GEO strategy directly inside the platform. No third-party AI plugin required. Your team gets agentic tools that understand your content structure.

04

Personalise at Scale, Without Complexity

Kentico's digital marketing module delivers audience segmentation, A/B testing, and multichannel personalisation from the same platform your editors use to publish content. Personalisation becomes part of your workflow, not a separate project.

PLATFORM FEATURES

How Xperience by Kentico Delivers

01

Content Hub: one source for every channel

Create, store and reuse content and digital assets in a single Content Hub, then publish across your website, email and headless channels. Update once, and it updates everywhere no more hunting through page trees or duplicating content per channel. (This is the biggest single change from Kentico 13's tree-based CMS.)

02

Hybrid headless with a modern GraphQL API

Run traditional pages and headless delivery from the same platform. Build front-ends in React, Next.js, ASP.NET Core or Tailwind against a modern GraphQL API headless where you want it, integrated where you don't.

03

AIRA: AI built into the platform, not bolted on

AIRA is Xperience by Kentico's built-in AI marketing agent: context-aware copy, image handling and alt text, SEO metadata, and AI-powered translation and localisation all inside your own governed environment, not a third-party tool your content leaves for.

05

Built-in commerce, API-first extensibility

A native digital-commerce module plus standards-based, API-first architecture with NuGet extensibility so integrations to your CRM, ERP and line-of-business systems are clean, not bolted-on.

04

AIRA Agentic Marketing Suite

Beyond generative AI, the Agentic Marketing Suite adds specialised AI agents for customer-journey optimisation, experimentation, content strategy and SEO/GEO that you delegate to in plain language through AIRA Chat. They propose the work; your team reviews, approves and launches. Fully governed and auditable.

Built for regulated Australian organisations

For WA government, health and resources teams, "secure" has to mean something specific. Xperience by Kentico is certified to ISO/IEC 27001 and SOC 2, and aligns with the Australian Privacy Act 1988, GDPR, CCPA, DORA and the EU Data Act.

On Kentico's managed cloud, each client runs on single-tenant, fully isolated infrastructure on Microsoft Azure no shared resources, and you choose the Azure region, so data residency meets Australian requirements. Encryption at rest and in transit, a web application firewall, DDoS protection and multi-factor authentication are standard, not add-ons.

If you're on Kentico 13 and facing an ACSC advisory or cyber-insurance conditions, this is the real difference: not just "a newer CMS," but an audited, evergreen platform your risk and compliance teams can sign off on.

Kentico 13 end of life

On Kentico 13? Support ends 31 December 2026

If your site still runs on Kentico Xperience 13, support ends on 31 December 2026, and from 1 January 2027, every new vulnerability stays unpatched, with real compliance and cyber-insurance exposure for organisations that get audited.

Migrating to Xperience by Kentico removes that risk for good: it's evergreen, so there's no next end-of-life date to plan around. As Perth's local Gold Partner, we handle the move with fixed scope and no lost content or search rankings.

EOL explainer

Kentico 13 end-of-life: what actually happens on 1 January 2027

End-of-life doesn’t mean your website switches off it keeps running. What stops is Kentico’s support: from 1 January 2027, Kentico 13 receives no security patches, no bug fixes and no vendor assistance. Any new vulnerability discovered after that date stays open on your site. It becomes your problem, not Kentico’s. For organisations that get security-audited local government, health, finance running unsupported software is also a compliance and cyber-insurance exposure.

The fix is Xperience by Kentico, and it’s evergreen. Instead of a big-bang version every few years, Xperience ships continuous updates so once you migrate, there is no next end-of-life date to plan around.

Phil Allen (Founder & Chief Strategist at Dapth) has been working with Kentico for over 10 years. This is his take on the biggest structural change he has seen in how the platform works.
