The Challenge

The Department of Transport, Your Move, faced challenges with their outdated content management system (CMS), which was built on Umbraco. Key issues included high licensing fees, limited content editing capabilities, and inadequate e-commerce functionality. They required a more robust, scalable platform that could support their growing needs and streamline their digital operations.

Dapth proposed a transition to Kentico, a comprehensive all-in-one CMS platform, to address these challenges. Kentico was chosen for its extensive built-in features, ease of use, and advanced marketing capabilities, which surpassed the limitations of Umbraco.
