You already pay for SharePoint. Let’s make it work.
If your team can’t find it, neither can Copilot. We fix the structure, permissions and search.

SharePoint in a minute
What is SharePoint, really?
It’s the part of Microsoft 365 where your organisation keeps its files, pages and know-how. Think of it as your shared digital office.
- 01
Your files
Documents live in one place with version history, so everyone works on the latest copy.
- 02
Your intranet
News, policies and team pages your staff can open from any device.
- 03
Behind Teams
When someone shares a file in a Teams channel, it’s stored in SharePoint.
- 04
What Copilot reads
Copilot answers from the SharePoint content each person can access, tidy or not.
It comes with most Microsoft 365 business plans, so you probably already have it. The hard part is setting it up so people can find things.

FAQs
Answers to your questions.
We already have SharePoint. Why would we need help?
Most organisations get SharePoint with Microsoft 365 and it grows without a plan: sites nobody owns, folders inside folders, the same file in five places. The platform is fine. What’s missing is the structure, permissions and ownership that make things easy to find. That’s the work we do.
Is our SharePoint ready for Copilot?
Copilot can see everything each person already has access to in Microsoft 365, SharePoint included. If files are overshared, out of date or duplicated, Copilot will find them and use them in its answers. Before you roll Copilot out, check your permissions, retire old content and give every site an owner. We can review this for you.
Can you fix what we have, or do we need to start again?
Usually we fix it. We audit what’s there, restructure the sites and navigation, archive what’s out of date and tighten permissions. If a rebuild makes more sense, we’ll tell you why in the consultation.
How long does it take?
It depends on how much content you have and how many sites. A focused intranet project usually takes 12 to 16 weeks, and a larger one 16 to 28. We’ll give you a realistic timeline once we’ve seen your setup.
Will our people actually use it?
That’s what we design for. We start with what staff need to find and how often, then build the structure around that. We train site owners, help with the launch and run a review 90 days later to fix anything that isn’t working.
Have you done this for government?
Yes. We’ve delivered SharePoint intranets for the City of South Perth, the City of Vincent, the City of Cockburn and the Department of Water and Environmental Regulation. We understand the records, security and accessibility requirements that come with public-sector work.
Can you move us from SharePoint on-premise or another platform?
Yes. We moved the City of South Perth from SharePoint on-premise to SharePoint in Microsoft 365, and Relationships Australia (WA) from Kentico to SharePoint. We plan the move around your content, permissions and records so nothing important gets lost, and support you through go-live.
What happens in the free consultation?
You talk us through what’s not working. Ben will ask a few questions about your sites, your content and your Microsoft 365 setup, then give you an honest view of what would make the biggest difference. It takes about 20 minutes. No pitch deck, no obligation.
