About you 

As our Senior Digital Account Manager, you will help us transform how we partner with clients, combining relationship-building, strategic thinking, and problem-solving to make a significant impact on both client success and Dapth's evolution.

The ideal person for our team will be positive, dynamic, and able to think both technically and creatively. You will have a passion for building lasting client relationships, and you’ll thrive in a role that requires the highest level of communication skills and strategic thinking.

This role is perfect for someone who loves to drive change by constantly improving client experiences and shaping the way we approach client management at Dapth.

We are looking for someone who:

  • Has proven experience in account management or client services, with the ability to build, maintain, and grow strong client relationships.
  • Possesses exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to adapt your communication style to different audiences and translate technical concepts into clear business terms for both clients and internal teams.
  • Demonstrates strong strategic thinking and planning abilities, with a proven track record of growing accounts, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering measurable outcomes.
  • Is highly organised and skilled in time management, able to handle multiple client relationships and projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Has emotional intelligence, with the ability to manage relationships with empathy and understanding, and a focus on resolving challenges constructively.
  • Brings proven experience with CRM systems and client management tools, enabling effective tracking and management of client interactions, and optimising account performance.
