As a Senior Developer at Dapth, you'll bring your deep technical knowledge and experience across multiple technologies to help deliver high-quality, scalable solutions. You’ll play a key role in leading the technical direction of projects, mentoring the dev team, and pushing our technical standards to new heights.  You’ll also stay ahead of emerging technologies, bringing fresh ideas and knowledge to the team to keep us at the forefront of innovation.

This isn’t just a hands-on coding role, it’s about translating real-world business needs into powerful digital outcomes, supporting teammates, and being a proactive voice in how we grow and deliver.

Your insights will shape project estimates, technical direction, and strategic planning, and you’ll play a key role in identifying opportunities for process improvements, security enhancements, and smarter architecture.

We are looking for someone who:

• Has strong, hands-on experience across a variety of technologies including C#, .NET Core, JavaScript/TypeScript, Node.js, React, and Python.
• Understands how to design scalable, secure solutions and is comfortable working within modern DevOps environments.
• Naturally mentors and supports others, with a proven ability to help junior and intermediate developers grow.
• Enjoys diving deep into code while also stepping back to see the bigger picture and question assumptions when needed.
• Brings a strategic and thoughtful approach to problem-solving, with excellent communication skills to bridge the gap between technical detail and client needs.
• Thrives in a collaborative environment and champions best practices, continuous improvement, and high standards across the team.
